Just bought a pullover. Can’t wait!
I think you will be pleased.
Just the item to use as a layer for everyone flying up on next year's COPA-NC Ultimate Arctic Adventure!
Very nice items.
I just bought the Sporty's COPA jacket. Perfect for the 3 days of Minnesota summer.
Can I please NOT get email about these as well? This is the second time something about the COPA store has been posted to the Marketplace AND email sent to me.
You may change your email preferences to not receive COPA emails. The vast majority of COPA members have indicated that they want to receive information about items that are available with the COPA Logo. All members do not routinely access the COPA web site, therefore email is used as another method of communicating with our members. The objective of the COPA Store is to provide members with useful items that display the COPA logo to display their pride in the best type-club in aviation. In addition, displaying the COPA logo promulgates our brand which supports membership growth. Proceeds go to support COPA education and the COPA store provides high-quality items at discounted prices, which is an additional member benefit. No COPA member including me receives any compensation or benefit from the work of making these items available to members. I recognize that we all get emails for things we might not be interested in and if that is the case I suggest you just hit delete.
PS: I note that you live in Saratoga. It so happens I am traveling out to the west coast for a 49er game next week. I will be staying at the Saratoga Inn, perhaps we can get together for a drink and discuss the COPA Store. PM me, I would love to meet you.
Just curious on the shipping times. Haven’t received mine yet and not sure how to track.
Agree. Don't like unwanted SPAM with no means to unsubscribe.
I second that.
Anyone who is interested can subscribe to posts from Marketplace. I can look at my leisure.
I do not want SPAM emails. I have replied to the email directly and got a response similar to the post above that I can unsubscribe from ALL Copa emails.
I placed my order over 3 weeks ago. Got email a few days later stating that my order has shipped but status says it is still on the way to postal facility.
I emailed them last week and they responded the next day saying my order should ship in a day or two, but it hasn’t.
Not a good first experience with the COPA store.
I am having the same unacceptable experience.... except I have received no word at all. Placed the order three weeks ago, received acknowledgement - and receipt copy.... then dead silence and no action.
Gerald and other:
You guys have a good point. The same thing happened to my order. Here is what happens, when an order is received the system generates a shipping label that is tied to the shipper's system hence the notification. The item may not be in stock on reordering (remember to get low cost we minimize inventory) and or it may be out being embroidered. This is the reason for the delay.
Further, I checked with our fulfillment team and in fact, the first batch of white polo shirts sold out and the second batch was just received and are or just have been processed by the embroiderer. They are looking at the process of immediately cutting the shipping label which fakes us out.
Thanks for the feedback.
I ordered the Greyson Men's pullover on November 10th and have heard nothing other than PayPal saying I was charged for it. I tried calling the number from the PayPal receipt and it's not a working number. I have a transaction ID from PayPal, but no order number. Just wondering how much longer I should wait before disputing the charge. I don't mind waiting, just don't want to forget about it AND not get the product. Thoughts?
