I'm a soon-to-be owner of a new-to-me Cirrus and recently joined forum. I may have even made a shameless plug about my new gig as VP of Business Development for iFly GPS. Anyway, I've been in the commercial software biz for my entire career and believe strongly that the market and customers guide the product suite. One of the best mechanisms for hearing the market in my experience is to directly engage users. To that end, we're forming a Pilot Advisory Board and I wanted to extend a more personal invitation to my COPA colleagues. From our recent FB post and email newsletter:
The driving force behind the feature and functionality of the iFly GPS App has always been our customers. We strive to provide the best value in the flight planning and navigation market, and together we’ve hit the mark. Pilots using iFly GPS give us great feedback, and these suggestions serve as the basis for future releases of the iFly GPS App. We want to build on this success and are now forming a Pilot Advisory Board.
The PAB will be a diverse team of 10-12 active pilots from all flying backgrounds – VFR, IFR, and Professional Pilots – who are committed to advancing the iFly GPS App. And, no, you don’t have to be a current iFly GPS customer!
