I am sad but excited to bring to market N715JK, which is a pristine and immaculate two-owner 2013 Cirrus Generation 5 SR22T GTS Turbo. She is based in Cedar Rapids, IA and has been maintained by Cirrus Service Centers since new. N715JK is loaded with virtually every single available option (the only one not installed is the sat phone) such as FIKI, AC, O2, 12" LCD screens, active traffic, StormScope, lightning detection, XM, CO2 detector, etc. She is in "like new" condition cosmetically and even still smells new. Below is the spec sheet along and I am happy to send logs if interested. I've also uploaded some photos as well. Please email, call, or PM anytime discuss this gorgeous SR22T!-Joe

Very funny, 0.85% price reduction, that will really get buyers interested.
Not a single interior photo?
I guess some people can’t help but offer their opinions even though it adds nothing of value. If you have nothing constructive to offer then maybe realize no one is asking your opinion. With that said the plane is for sale and happy to negotiate to anyone except Reid. . Cheers!
I thought you intended the price "reduction" as a joke, you're actually serious?
Also ad had a typo...There were 895hrs on it... After today there are now 900 Flight hrs on it...so that’s important. The plane came out of annual yesterday and is in tip top shape! Video below is of an IFR approach today! These are great machines!
at 2:25 in the video, was the noise of full flaps getting deployed ?
No stall horn with the landing? Jeezzz.... beautiful plane! Someone will be happy!
No the sound isnt synced to the flight. I uploaded from my iPhone which is probably the problem. The sound at 225 is actually the touch down at landing. If you notice the video is completely silent after. When the video was edited and uploaded from my phone the sound is from the actual video and not edited condensed version. I can send the original if anyone wants. Not sure how it happens. But I watched it on the thread and sure enough sound stops at 2:25. So in other words no not the flaps at all just didn’t upload properly and sound is not synced to the flight.
$585,000 for this gorgeous plane. 900hrs, annual completed at Classic Aviation 3 weeks ago. Had a buyer and financing fell through so still available. 319-512-9618.
What a great looking plane, not sure about the pilot though
