How does it reach speeds of 160+ ?
It is a great bird surely and may run a couple hundred hours on the engine but one is buying a plan to equip with ADSB and an overhauled engine and perhaps prop PLUS the chute is due in a year and a half. That’s now added up to nearly 60000. Leave alone the downtime to get all this done. The value proposition diminishes greatly when you tote it all up.
That’s perhaps quite true where you’re at. Not quite so efficient here and nor is the pricing. Obviously YMMV and does.
160 knots! That's getting close to some of the slower SR22's that I've flown. Not sure why the seller's pricing is being questioned, though. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Why do you think this?
It’s because I have recently priced this out for myself and that I keep myself informed.

Ability to have a newly overhauled engine with the purchase of this aircraft
If I may make a suggestion, put some decals on it. I know that the sales rationale is that a buyer can 'pick their own design and colors' but retail buyers are going to have trouble looking past the all white, IMHO.
