It has been a while since I posted. We have been busy restructuring our product line and company purpose.
F1tech has a new turnkey Cirrus G1000 Enterprise solution. Its not a complete Cirrus trainer so dont expect chute training and the like, but it is a high fidelity Cirrus based G1000 Fixed Base Trainer with a purpose built console and related components. If you are a flight school, university, training center or someone wanting to invest in an accurate Cirrus G1000 Training system, we would love to talk to you. We still have a basic consumer line for budget flyers that are computer savvy, but the Enterprise line are turn key platforms and is where F1tech is going.
I've been part of the beta testing on this Cirrus G1000 Enterprise. It's stunning. Absolutely the closest thing that you will find to a real Perspective cockpit outside of Knoxville. Button for button, this is all working. SIDS/STARS, syn-viz, user defined holds, flight path marker, TO/GA fully coupled missed approaches, updateable charts, georeferenced approach plates, blue descent bar and on and on. Nothing against FTS (its a good product, especially if you need to fly an Avidyne panel), but this is in a different league.
Looks beautiful Jim! I was at FS Expo in Vegas last month and didn't see you there - was hoping to. Ken from JetLine told me you were working on this. Outstanding. Am I right to assume these are P3D? If so, is there any potential for a future X-plane version? Is it still the Carenado flight model?
Approx 25K for desktop and 35K for Fixed Base.
Hi Rod,I dont go to many of the entertainment based shows but maybe we can catch up in the near future. I will be at Osh. Yes P3D is the simulation engine and we dont have any immediate plans for X-plane. Im not sure about your Carenado reference. We use our own flight modeling.Regards
If anyone is at Osh and you have interest in our Cirrus fixed base trainer, we have setup a venue off site and will demo by appointment only. PM me and we can discuss details if interested..
