It looks like Austin Meyer(creator of X-Plane) has some comments about FlyThisSIm:
Please, Do not let this company off the hook. The good news is I finally got my sim. The bad news is, they still owe me the $1500 GCU that goes with the system. I paid for it 10 months ago and counting.
No return phone calls. I have no clue how they are staying in business.
I interacted with them recently to renew my support plan. They said they were shipping systems again and trying to catch up, little by little. I guess that’s better than nothing.
I will probably sell my TouchTrainer soon, as it no longer matches my upgraded panel...completely different avionics, sadly. I am working on a disclaimer so potential Buyers will be fully aware of the company’s challenges. I have the cheapest one...BATD...but it’s still under service, and the service has been excellent.
