How to deal with the Amsafe Aircraft Inflatable Restraints (AAIR):
- Notify Cirrus Design at 800-279-4322 or 952-988-1940
- Brief all persons about potential hazards
- Approach aircraft from the front or sides
- Unbuckle all 2 or 3 point harness systems
- Locate the yellow connectors of the 4 and 5-point harness systems (under the seats or on the outboard side)
- Unplug or cut these wires with any wire cutter
- Hazardous system components should be removed by trained personnel before any portion of the wreckage is moved
