I've been looking at the market, and have noticed that in a lot of circumstances, you can get a SR22 with the same year and hours for close to the same price as a SR20?  I'm surprised anyone would buy a used 20 with this happening.  Good luck!

And look one point away at the Mooney M20J (201) market.  Prices have held steady for 2 years and a SR20 looks like a bargain until you compare operating cost, efficiency and speed (The Mooney wins hands down).

Why are you selling?  The reason I ask is that I just got my medical and private license and am moving from Light Sport to Certified/Experimental IFR (Beech, Mooney, Cirrus or Velocity).  I am looking for someone loosing their medical but still wants to fly and would be interested in trading my factory built Jabiru J250 LSA (listed for sale @ $105,000) plus cash for their Beech/Mooney/Cirrus/Velocity.  Bob

Is this aircraft still for sale?  I am looking for a 2004-2006 SR-20 to put on leaseback in Northern CA.

Randy, That's until you have fire and the passengers cannot get out. This was always my worst fear and then it just happened to my buddy in his RV-10. Thank god he and his daughter lived.

That story on the RV10 explosion/fire is just amazing. They were very lucky.

I'm glad they got out and don't know if the airframe is aluminum or composite.  Now back to a Cirrus or Mooney.... Burning composite or aluminum;  Melting milk jug or burning coke can - not sure if one door is worse than melting composite!

If this plane isn't available I am going to sell my 2005 SR20G2. The taildragger is calling me.
