This is an immaculate '05. It was purchased in Oct 2007 through Cirrus Resale.

I've been looking at the market, and have noticed that in a lot of circumstances, you can get a SR22 with the same year and hours for close to the same price as a SR20? I'm surprised anyone would buy a used 20 with this happening. Good luck!

And look one point away at the Mooney M20J (201) market. Prices have held steady for 2 years and a SR20 looks like a bargain until you compare operating cost, efficiency and speed (The Mooney wins hands down).
Why are you selling? The reason I ask is that I just got my medical and private license and am moving from Light Sport to Certified/Experimental IFR (Beech, Mooney, Cirrus or Velocity). I am looking for someone loosing their medical but still wants to fly and would be interested in trading my factory built Jabiru J250 LSA (listed for sale @ $105,000) plus cash for their Beech/Mooney/Cirrus/Velocity. Is this aircraft still for sale? I am looking for a 2004-2006 SR-20 to put on leaseback in Northern CA.
John Pitus:Randy, That's until you have fire and the passengers cannot get out. This was always my worst fear and then it just happened to my buddy in his RV-10. Thank god he and his daughter lived.
That story on the RV10 explosion/fire is just amazing. They were very lucky.

I'm glad they got out and don't know if the airframe is aluminum or composite. Now back to a Cirrus or Mooney.... Burning composite or aluminum; Melting milk jug or burning coke can - not sure if one door is worse than melting composite!
If this plane isn't available I am going to sell my 2005 SR20G2. The taildragger is calling me.
