We have Chase and Luke back here in the US after their trip over the Pacific to the other side of the world. They're both pretty beat but very happy to be home.
I think it'll be a few days before their sleep schedules return to normal, but we're glad to have them returned safely. As it turns out, dealing with the airlines for the return trip (after they backed the airliner into a wall and had to cancel Luke and Chase) was almost more stressful than flying the Cirruses over. Per Luke's facebook post -
Trip stats: 7193 NM, 51.9 hrs (to Melbourne), 738 gallons (per plane), 6 pee bags, 13 cliff bars, dozens of stories, 2 very happy pilots.
Welcome home guys!
