I think the place I should start is to let everyone know that I'm more then a pretty face. It just so happens that I have more to say than how I find all of those pictures to suit the mood of the latest post.

So. . . In the interests of "credibility", and from time to time, I'll post some of the latest "goings-on" in law, and in particular, aviation law.

The best place to start is to answer the obvious question; "what is aviation law". Well, the not-so-obviously answer is that there is no such thing.

Aviaiton law is a composit of:

1) Insurance law

2) Contract law

3) Administrative law

4) Tort law

5) International law

6) And the law of suing doctors (Just kidding. We leave that to other lawyers)

So, as I come across an interesting story, I'll let you know. If you come across something interesting, or have a question, let's hear about it. So let's work together, and learn more about our aviation addiction. Teamwork helps.
